今日は久しぶりに皆でバドだったんだよー。
今日も朝からバドミントン！ちょー健康的だな！！
ウチがいない間に皆飛ばすようになってて少々焦り気味ーの（笑）
バックの練習、楽しいなー！あれ、基礎練決定なんだろー！？
やったー！やったー！ヤッターマーン！！
隣のバスケのコーチが鬼でめっちゃ面白かったので、
ウチらのボルテージも一気に鬼レベルに達しましたね！！
とても良かったと思います！！
さてさて、次回の練習ですがー、どーしましょーか？？
日曜の午前か午後かで決めたいんだけど、串良アリーナ試合入ってんのかなー？

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. Nevertheless imagine if you added some great pictures or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this site could certainly be one of the very best in its field. Good blog!

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on numerous websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of completely unique content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any solutions to help protect against content from being stolen? I'd definitely appreciate it.

I have gotten countless compliments on these %anchor%. They may be a lovely design and generous in material- leather and fur lined.
